Dr Ranjana Srivastava

Dr Ranjana Srivastava is an oncologist in the public hospital system, a Fulbright scholar and an award-winning writer.

In 2020, Ranjana received her second Fulbright award to obtain a Master in Public Administration at Harvard University. She has received an OAM for her contribution to doctor-patient communication, and outside of clinical work, she advises the federal health department in the area of COVID communications with multicultural communities.

Ranjana is also an award-winning writer on medicine and humanity. She writes regular columns, is the author of six books on helping people navigate illness and mortality and has been a two-time finalist for the Walkley Award for Excellence in Journalism.
